Dark Colours
Use this program for washing dark fabrics and to reduce colour loss and minimise creasing. Liquid detergent
is recommended.
Shirts
Use this program for washing sportswear fabrics that cannot be washed with higher temperatures.
Silk
Use this program for gentle cleaning of silk fabrics only. Small loads are recommended.
Wool
Use this program for wool fabrics suitable for machine washing only.
Handwash
Use this program for machine washable fabrics that are marked handwash only.
Using the Pause function and cancelling a program
•
If you wish to pause washing part way through a program, press the Start / Pause button for two
seconds, and the remaining time will flash in the display to indicate the appliance has stopped.
•
Press the Start / Pause button again to recommence the program.
NOTE: You cannot open the door if the water temperature is too hot or water covers the bottom of the door
and the Door Locked indicator will stay lit to indicate this condition.
If you wish to drain the drum, select the Rinse and Spin program to empty the appliance of water.
Alternatively to cancel the program completely, turn the Program selector to Off.
The Door Locked indicator will go off after a short while if safe to do so, accompanied by an audible click.
Using the Delay Start function
•
You can program the appliance to delay starting a wash cycle by up to twenty four hours.
•
Press the Start Delay button and the display will cycle from h00 through to h24 and back to h00 to suit
your chosen delay.
•
Once the required delay is set, ensure that all options have been chosen first before pressing the Start /
Pause button to confirm the settings.
•
Once the timer has reached the start time, the chosen program will run for its usual length automatically.
•
If you wish to change the Delay Start function, turn the appliance off, wait for a few seconds and start
again.
Using the Options function
•
There are up to three different options available dependent upon the wash program selected. If the
option is not available for the selected program, then the Options light will flash before going off.
Option 1 - Additional Rinse
•
This option adds an extra rinse cycle to the end of the wash program and can be helpful for persons with
skin sensitive to residual detergents after washing.
Option 2 - Fixed 60°C Temperature
•
This option fixes the wash temperature at 60°C for the whole wash program, if that temperature is
available, and can be used for thorough cleaning off heavily soiled clothing. Please ensure that the fabric
is suitable for 60°C before selection.
Option 3 - Crease Reduction
•
This option alters the number of spin cycles to reduce creasing, however there may be a slightly higher
level of residual moisture that remains after selection.
