5. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The product does not respond to the side
panel.
The flush or the water flow does not take
out enough water, or pressure is too low.
After a flush, water still flowing from the
ring.
After a flush, water remains and level
grow up.
The lights blink once every 5 seconds. No
water income.
The lights blink twice every 5 seconds.
Water pump issue or calcified nozzle tip.
The lights blink 3 times every 5 seconds.
Radar sensor (user sensor) is not working.
The lights blink 4 times every 5 seconds.
The water overheat.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The device is turned off.
The product is unplugged or disconnected.
No power supply.
There are no electrical power supply.
The filter in the shut-off valve is clogged or
there is a general supply failure.
The flexible hose is pinched or bent.
The nozzle cap is stuck.
The nozzle tip is calcified.
Not enought water is entering on the tank.
The filling solenoid does not close properly.
The toilet outlet is clog and it does not
allow the evacuation.
Not enought water is entering on the tank.
Level sensor is demage.
The filter in the shut-off valve is clogged or
there is a general supply failure.
The water inlet filter in the tank is blocked. *
The flexible hose is pinched or bent .
Water pump current is over 2A or there are
no current.
The nozzle tip is calcified.
The sesnor is damage or disconected.
Water temperature sensor is damage.

SOLUTION
Press the Knob button for 5 seconds.
(Reactivate from stand-by).
Connect the device to the mains.
Check whether there are power suppl 220-
240V~, 50Hz signal with another product
(such us hairdryer).
Verify there is water supply from the mains
and clean the clean the water filter (see
4.2) and reset the product.
Straighten the hose or replace it in case it
is damage.
Clean nozzle cap.
Descale the tip of the nozzle and reset the
product (see 4.3).
Verify there is water supply from the mains
and reset the product.
If a previous flush is done, wait until the
tank fills up again.
Close the stopcock and call the Technical
service.
It is recommended to not performed any
