FREE COOKING PROGRAM
The free cooking program is used to manually set the cooking duration and
temperature, without applying any factory settings, and to include or exclude the
spray function. After preparing the food as described above, tap the icon
until none of the pre-set program icons are flashing. To set the cooking temperature
between 80° and 200° C at 5° C intervals, tap the icons
the icon to switch to the cooking time setting, which can be set in one-minute
intervals, similarly by tapping the icons

PREHEATING
Preheating is often a good way of preparing the appliance and preventing insufficient

drawer has been filled and re-inserted, this program will be followed by a pre-set
program or a new free program, according to the indications of the current recipe.
DURING COOKING
During the process, the display alternately shows the set temperature and the time
remaining to the end, while the pre-set program icon (if active) flashes:
1) Stirring food: Certain recipes require one or more stirrings during preparation:
to stir, the drawer can be removed from its seat and the contents shaken, taking great
care to avoid overflowing and spilling, which are potentially dangerous given the high
temperature. You can also place the drawer on a surface of inert material (marble,
stone, metal) and use heat-resistant cutlery, not sharp if possible, to stir the contents.
