MODO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Modo OFF/RESET
Il motore non può funzionare. Se la rete è
presente viene allacciata al carico.
Passando a questa modo di funzionamento,
il motore se in funzione si ferma
immediatamente ed eventuali allarmi
vengono resettati.
L'allarme non si resetta se permane la causa
che lo ha provocato.
Modo MAN
Il motore può essere avviato e fermato solo
manualmente agendo sui tasti di START e
STOP, cosi pure la commutazione del carico
dalla rete al generatore mediante i tasti
MAINS e GEN e viceversa. Sempre in modo
MAN: al comando di start tenendo premuto il
pulsante si ha il prolungamento del tempo di
avviamento impostato, al comando di stop
tenendo premuto il pulsante per un tempo
superiore a 6s si ha l'attivazione (spurgo)
dell'elettrovalvola carburante per
4 minuti.
Modo AUT
Il motore parte automaticamente in caso di
assenza rete (fuori dai limiti impostati) e si
ferma in presenza della stessa.
ALLARMI
Al sorgere di un allarme, il display mostra un
codice identificativo; dopo 2s viene
visualizzata la descrizione dell'allarme
mediante scorrimento del testo.
Il reset degli allarmi si effettua premendo il
tasto OFF/RESET; questa modalità operativa
previene avviamenti indesiderati del motore a
seguito del reset dell'allarme stesso.
Se l'allarme non si resetta, significa che
persiste la causa che lo ha provocato.
MESSA IN TENSIONE
Alla messa in tensione l'apparecchio si pone
automaticamente in modo OFF/RESET.
Se si necessita che mantenga lo stesso modo
di funzionamento precedente lo spegnimento,
si deve modificare un parametro del menù
GENERALE. L'apparecchio può essere
alimentato indifferentemente sia a 12 che a
24VDC, ma necessita della corretta
impostazione della tensione di batteria nel
menù BATTERIA, diversamente si avrà un
allarme relativo alla tensione di batteria.
È indispensabile impostare i parametri del menù
GENERALE (tipo di connessione, tensione
nominale, frequenza di sistema) e dei menù
AVVIAMENTO MOTORE e CONTROLLO
MOTORE, relativi al tipo di motore utilizzato.
SET-UP MEDIANTE TASTIERA
Menù utente
L'accesso ai menù utente è limitato ai soli
parametri che consentono un adattamento
del gruppo elettrogeno alla specifica
applicazione.
– Premere tasti RESET e MEAS( )
contemporaneamente per 5s e rilasciare i
tasti quando appare "01.01".
– Il numero a sinistra del punto indica il
menù, mentre il numero a destra indica il
parametro all'interno di quel menù.
Menù esteso
L'accesso ai menù installatore consente di
modificare tutti i parametri disponibili.
– Premere e mantenere premuto tasto
RESET.
– Premere 2 volte START.
– Premere 3 volte STOP.
– Premere 4 volte MEAS( ).
– Rilasciare tasto RESET. Al rilascio appare
la scritta "SET".

OPERATING MODE
OFF/RESET mode
The engine cannot operate. If the mains is
present, the load is switched to the mains.
Changing from TEST, AUT or MAN to the
OFF/RESET mode and if the engine is
running, the engine is immediately stopped
and eventual alarms are reset. If the cause
of the alarm is still present, it cannot be
reset.
MAN mode
The engine can be manually started or
stopped using the START and STOP keys
only, in addition to load switching from
mains to generator and vice versa, by means
of the MAINS and GEN keys. Always in MAN
mode, at the start command and by keeping
the key pressed, the preset starting time can
be prolonged while at the stop command
and by keeping the key pressed for more
than 6s, the fuel valve is discharged for
4 minutes.
AUT mode
In case of mains not present (out of the
preset limits), the engine automatically
starts, or stops when the mains returns.
ALARMS
When an alarm occurs, the display shows an
identification code; after 2s, the description
of the alarm is displayed through scrolling of
the text.
Alarm conditions can be cleared by pushing
the OFF/RESET key and any unintentional
engine starting is prevented.
If the alarm does not clear, this means the
alarm conditions are still present.
POWER-UP
At power-up, the controller automatically
sets to OFF/RESET mode. If one needs the
RGK set to the same mode before it was
powered down, a parameter in the GENERAL
menu must be modified.
The controller can be supplied indifferently
at 12 or 24VDC, but the exact battery
voltage must be programmed in the
BATTERY menu, otherwise a battery alarm
will arise.
It is also essential to set the parameters of
the GENERAL menu (CT ratio, wiring
configuration, rated voltage and frequency)
as well as the ENGINE STARTING, ENGINE
CONTROL menus, related to the type of
engine used.
SET-UP VIA KEYBOARD
User's menu
Access to the user's menu is restricted only
to parameters that permit adaptation of the
gen-set to the specific application.
– Press the RESET and MEAS( ) keys
together for 5 seconds and release the
keys when "01.01" is displayed.
– The number to the left of the point
indicates the menu, while the number to
the right indicates the parameter inside
that menu.
Advanced menu
Access to the installer menu permits
modification of all available parameters.
– Press and hold down the RESET key.
– Press START twice.
– Press STOP three times.
– Press 4 MEAS( ) four times.
– Release the RESET key. On releasing the
key, "SET" is displayed.
– Press START to access the parameters.

MODALITÉ DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Mode OFF/RESET
Le moteur ne peut pas fonctionner. Si le
secteur est présent, il est relié à la charge.
En passant dans cette modalité de
fonctionnement pendant que le moteur est
en marche, il s'arrête immédiatement et les
alarmes éventuelles sont réarmées. L'alarme
n'est pas réarmée si la cause qui l'a
provoqué subsiste encore.
Mode MAN
Le moteur ne peut être démarré et arrêté
que manuellement à l'aide des touches
START et STOP; la commutation de la
charge du secteur au générateur et
inversement est aussi possible à l'aide des
touches MAINS et GEN. Toujours en
modalité MAN : si vous maintenez enfoncée
la touche Start, vous prolongez la durée du
démarrage prévue, si vous maintenez
enfoncé le bouton Stop pendant plus de 6s,
vous obtenez la dépressurisation de
l'électrovanne carburant pendant 4 minutes.
Mode AUT
Le moteur démarre automatiquement en cas
d'absence du secteur (hors des limites
prévues) et s'arrête en présence du secteur.
ALARMES
Lorsqu'une alarme se déclenche, l'afficheur
montre un code d'identification ; après 2s, il
fait défiler la description de l'alarme.
Pour réarmer les alarmes, enfoncez la
touche OFF/RESET ; cette modalité empêche
des démarrages non désirés du moteur
après le réarmement. Si la cause ayant
déclenché l'alarme n'est pas éliminée, cette
dernière ne sera pas réarmée.
MISE SOUS TENSION
A l'allumage, l'appareil se place
automatiquement en mode OFF/RESET.
Si vous voulez que l'appareil maintienne le
mode de fonctionnement actif avant sa mise
hors tension, vous devez modifier un
paramètre dans le menu GENERAL.
L'appareil peut être alimenté soit à 12 soit à
24VDC, mais vous devez définir la tension
correcte dans le menu BATTERIE sinon une
alarme relative à la tension de la batterie se
déclenchera. Il est indispensable de
programmer les paramètres du menu
GENERAL (type de connexion, tension
assignée, fréquence système) et des menus
DEMARRAGE MOTEUR et CONTROLE
MOTEUR, relatifs au type de moteur utilisé.
CONFIGURATION PAR LE BIAIS DU CLAVIER
Menu utilisateur
L'accès au menu Utilisateur est limité
seulement aux paramètres permettant
d'adapter le groupe électrogène à
l'application spécifique.
– Enfoncez simultanément les touches
RESET et MEAS( ) et maintenez-les
enfoncées pendant 5s, quand vous les
relâchez l'inscription "01.01" apparaît.
– Le numéro à gauche du point indique le
menu tandis que le numéro à droite indique
le paramètre à l'intérieur de ce menu.
Menu étendu
L'accès au menu Installateur permet de
modifier tous les paramètres disponibles.
– Appuyez sur la touche RESET et
maintenez-la enfoncée.
– Appuyez 2 fois sur START.
– Appuyez 3 fois sur STOP.
– Appuyez 4 fois sur MEAS( ).
– Relâchez la touche RESET. L'inscription
"SET" apparaît.

MODO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
Modo OFF/RESET
El motor no puede funcionar. La red se
conecta a la carga si está disponible.
Pasando a este modo de funcionamiento
con el motor en marcha, este último se
detiene inmediatamente y se restablecen las
eventuales alarmas. La alarma no se restablece
si perdura la causa que la ha provocado.
Modo MAN
El motor sólo puede ser puesto en marcha y
parado de manera manual mediante las teclas
de START y STOP, así como la conmutación
de la carga de la red al generador y viceversa
debe ser realizada mediante las teclas MAINS
y GEN. En este modo, manteniendo pulsada
la tecla START se obtiene la prolongación
del tiempo de encendido programado y,
manteniendo pulsada la tecla STOP por un
lapso superior a los 6s, se obtiene la
activación de la electroválvula combustible
(purga) por 4 minutos.
Modo AUT
El motor arranca automáticamente en caso
de ausencia de red (fuera de los límites
programados) y se detiene en presencia de
la misma.
ALARMAS
Cuando interviene una alarma, la misma se
visualiza con un código identificativo en el
display; 2s después se visualiza la
descripción de la misma mediante un texto
corredizo.
El restablecimiento de las alarmas se realiza
mediante la tecla OFF/RESET, que impide un
arranque involuntario del motor tras el
restablecimiento de la alarma en cuestión.
Si esta última no se restablece, significa que
la causa que la ha provocado no ha sido
eliminada.
PUESTA EN TENSIÓN
A la puesta en tensión, el aparato se pone
automáticamente en modo OFF/RESET.
Si se desea mantener el mismo modo de
funcionamiento que tenía antes del apagado,
es necesario modificar un parámetro del
menú GENERAL. El aparato puede ser
alimentado tanto a 12 como a 24VDC
indistintamente, pero necesita una correcta
programación de la tensión de batería en el
menú BATERIA, de lo contrario intervendrá
una alarma relativa a la tensión de batería.
Es indispensable programar los parámetros
del menú GENERAL (tipo de conexión,
tensión nominal, frequencia de sistema) y de
los menúes ARRANQUE MOTOR y CONTROL
MOTOR relativos al tipo de motor utilizado.
CONFIGURACIÓN MEDIANTE TECLADO
Menú Usuario
El acceso al menú usuario consiente
programar sólo los parámetros que adaptan
el grupo electrógeno a la aplicación
específica.
– Para entrar en este menú pulsar 5s las
teclas RESET y MEAS( ) y soltarlas
cuando se visualiza "01.01".
– El número a la izquierda del punto indica
el menú, mientras que el número a la
derecha indica uno de los parámetros
pertenecientes a dicho menú.
Menú extenso
El acceso al menú instalador permite
modificar todos los parámetros disponibles.
– Mantener pulsada la tecla RESET.
– Pulsar 2 veces la tecla START.
– Pulsar 3 veces la tecla STOP.
– Pulsar 4 veces la tecla MEAS( ).
– Soltar la tecla RESET. Al soltarla se
visualizará la palabra "SET".
– Pulsar START para acceder a los
