We explicitly point out that with some
people skin irritations or hypersensi-
tivity may occur as a result of the elec-
trical muscle stimulation. In this case,
stop using the device immediately and
consult a doctor if necessary.
1. Thoroughly clean and then dry the
area which is to be trained.
2. Place the belt (1) around you so
that the silicone pads in the belt rest
directly on the skin over the abdominal
muscles (Picture B). Fix the belt using
the hook-and-loop fastener.
3. Attach the operating element (4) to the
belt using the press studs. Both press
studs must fi t securely for the device
to work.
The belt is suitable for a waist
circumference of 65 – 110 cm. This
circumference can be extended
up to 140 cm with the extension

and lots of tips for your own personal
training.
What You Should Note When Train-
ing With EMS
The most important thing fi rst: Training
with electrical muscle stimulation
(EMS) is the perfect accompaniment
to your regular sports regime. Howev-
er, it is not a substitute for traditional
training!
The EMS only boosts your strength
and is not a substitute for endurance
training. To ensure that you train your
whole body in a sensible way, you
should also focus on strengthening
your stamina.
You should build up strength not
only using EMS. Targeted traditional
strength training combined with EMS
will boost the eff ect.
Particularly if you want to improve
your performance in a particular sport
through EMS, you should replicate
movements that are typical of this
sport during the training. This will help
you to train your coordination.
