[5]. Remove the connectors supplied with the new monitor by
pulling them slightly upwards and put them to one side in the
event they are required.
[6]. Connect the power plug connector 5-1 to at the rear
of the monitor in the direction indicated in the illustration
(screws towards the left); the direction in which the wires are
connected to the power plug is important.
Important: Do not connect the power plug to a socket when
all the wiring is not terminated (door station, additional
monitor).
[7]. If necessary (main monitor), connect the second connector
to the 5-2 terminal (the corresponding cable is connected to
the door station).
[8]. If required, connect the third connector to the 5-3 terminal
(the corresponding cable is connected to the second monitor).
NB: Place the wires in their intended locations to prevent any
risk of them being pulled out.
[9]. Clip the monitor to the mounting support, sliding it
gently downwards until the support brackets are well inserted
into the monitor's slots.
4.1 Switching the installation on
Then connect the monitor mains adaptor to a power socket,
or reactivate the current on the switchboard.
Important: The mains adaptor must be installed close to the
monitor and must be easily accessible.
When switched on, the blue LED above the screen flashes for
a few seconds before the step-by-step configuration process
is displayed on the screen.
Follow the instructions to configure your installation.
NB: If the monitor that you are replacing is the secondary
monitor, then you need to define it as the secondary monitor
once it is connected (cf. monitor interface > my personal
settings > general settings > monitor: main/secondary).
