2 .1 TRAN SPORT
For a safe t ransport of t he m achine, please follow t he following inst ruct ions:
The Elect r ical Shear is fit t ed wit h holes on t he working t able t o be lift ed wit h cranes t hr ough chains or cables. The used
m eans of t ransport m ust be safe, t ak ing int o account t he form of use, t he nat ur e of t he load.
W ARN I N G: Keep away from t he lift ed load and be careful of it s sudden displacem ent t o avoid any possible danger
during t ransport at ion, m oorage, charging or discharging. Therefore t he choice of t he correct of t he cable, chain and
sling is fundam ent al.
The elect rical shears are equipped wit h a ring B, Fig.2 for it s lift ing or t ransport . The CEL m odels have also a
t ranspor t handlebar A, Fig.2 t o m ove it for short dist ances.

3 .1 M OUN TI N G TH E BLAD ES
I f one of t he blades get s blunt due t o frequent use, replace it as follow s:

guard off t he blades A, Fig.3 t aking it out from it s housing. Rem ove t he prot ect ion B, Fig.3 fixed t o t he
left side of t he m achine t o have access t o t he screws of t he blades, r em ove t he screws C, Fig.3 and
rot at e t he blade D , Fig.3 for a new set of cut t ings or subst it ut e it w it h a new blade if necessary.

housing E, Fig.3 , and t hen proceed as t o t he follow ing: when t he m achine is put on, swit ch it off by
pressing t he st op but t on. While de flywheel is m aking it s last t urns, press t he pedal t o push t he
connect ing rod from it s housing t o hav e access t o scr ews fixing t he blades F, Fig.3 . I m m ediat ely
t her eaft er, unplug t he m achine off t he net w ork t o avoid accident s. I f t he connect ing rod is not out of it s
housing, t urn gent ly t he flyw heel from t he inferior part of t he safeguard t hat covers t he engine unt il t he
connect ing rod is out of it s housing, and t hen rem ove t he screws off t he blade for a new cut t ing face or
replace it w it h a new one if necessary . At t he end, proceed t o t he inver se t o rest ore t he operat ion of t he
m achine.
