may work with the device.
Observe the minimum required age of the operator.
Caution: This machine is only intended for sanding
wood or wood-like materials. Grinding other materials
can cause fire, injury, or damage to the product.
Always wear safety goggles.
Use this machine only for indoor work.
Important: Only mount and use the machine on a
horizontal surface. Mounting on a surface that is not
horizontal can damage the motor.
If the machine tends to overturn or move during
operation, especially when grinding long or heavy
workpieces, it must be well connected to the bearing
surface.
• Make sure that the sanding belt runs in the correct
direction.
Follow the arrow on the back of the belt.
Make sure that the sanding belt has the correct guide
so that it cannot unwind from the drive wheels.
Make sure that the sanding belt is not tangled or
loose.
Hold the workpiece firmly during grinding.
Always use the stop when using the belt sander in a
horizontal position.
Hold the workpiece firmly on the table while grinding
with a disc grinder.
Always hold the workpiece on the downward side of
the grinding wheel so that the workpiece rests well
on the table. If you use the top of the grinding wheel,
the workpiece may be ejected and people may be
endangered.
• Keep a minimum distance of about 1.6 mm or less
between the table or stop and the sanding belt or
disc.
Do not wear gloves and do not hold the workpiece
with a cloth while sanding.
Grind the grain size on the wood.
Never grind workpieces that are so small that safe
grinding is not possible.
Avoid unsuitable hand positions during which the
hands could get on the sanding belt or wheel.
When machining large workpieces, you should use
additional support at the height of the top plate.
Never grind a workpiece that does not have support.
Support the workpiece with a plate or stop, except
for round workpieces on the outside of the grinding
wheel.
Always remove all debris and other debris from the
disc, stop or sanding belt before turning on the ma-
chine.
When the machine is in operation, do not plan or
install anything on the top plate.
When installing or removing accessories, turn off the
machine and disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Never leave the working area of the tool when the
tool is switched on or has not yet come to a complete
stop.
Always place the workpiece on the sanding table or
place it firmly on the sanding stop. Place round wor-
kpieces securely on the table while grinding on the
grinding wheel.
The machine is designed according to the current
state of technology and according to recognized sa-
fety and technical standards. Nevertheless, individual
residual risks may occur during work.
Risk of injury to fingers and hands from the rotating
grinding wheel in the event of improper guidance or
storage of the ground tool.
Risk of injury due to ejected tools if they are not held
or guided improperly.
Risk of electric shock when using incorrect electrical
supply cables.
Despite all precautionary measures taken, residual
risks may arise that are not obvious.
Residual risks can be minimized by following the
safety instructions
- Use protective equipment against noise, dust and
vibration !!!
