Risk of damage!
Risk of damage to the appliance due to improper use of
the appliance.
 Never operate the appliance without the turntable plate and
never operate it without food in the cooking compartment.
 Only use the accessories supplied or accessories which are de-
scribed as suitable in this user manual.
 Never use dishes with metal trimmings or metal dishes in mi-
crowave mode, as this may lead to sparks that could damage
the appliance and/or the dishes.
 Use microwave-safe dishes. Look for markings such as "Micro-
wave-safe" or "For microwave appliances" when purchasing
dishes.
 Do not move the appliance during operation.

Risk of injury!
There is a risk of burns.
 When warming up liquids in the microwave, so-called "de-
layed boiling" can occur, i.e. the liquid has reached boiling
temperature without beginning to bubble as boiling liquids
normally do. Movements, such as those generated when re-
moving the liquid from the microwave, can then cause a sud-
den reaction, causing boiling liquid to spurt out, which is why
caution is required when handling the container.
 Do not use tall, narrow containers.
 Place a glass rod or ceramic rod in the container when heat-
ing liquids in order to prevent delayed boiling. After heating
up, wait for a short while, carefully tap the container and stir
the liquid before removing the container from the microwave.
