10 Troubleshooting
DANGER
Risk of injury and machine damage when handled by unauthorized persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and
damage to the device. The product warranty will be rendered invalid if the unit is handled by
unauthorized persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work may only be carried out by qualified
personnel (in Germany see TRBS 1203).
Please observe the attached "Warranty" document. In the event of any doubts and/or
problems, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer.
NOTICE
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding components, such as the
power source and compressed air line.
Fault
Torch mount cannot

CAT3 and the cable assembly

correctly connected

• Robot speed is too high

• Use the correct torch mount
• Send the CAT3 for repair
• Connect the cable
• Replace the cable
• Send the CAT3 for repair
• Reduce the mounted load
• Observe the data provided by the
manufacturer
• Send the CAT3 for repair
• Check if the attachment parts are
properly connected
• Adapt the load to the
specifications
