Data protection information

When the robot vacuum is connected to a Wi-Fi network that
is connected to the Internet for the first time, the robot va-
cuum transmits the following categories of data to the Home
Connect server (initial registration):
ƒ
Unique appliance identification (consisting of appli-
ance codes and the MAC address of the installed wi-
reless networking communication module).
ƒ
Security certificate of the wireless networking commu-
nication module (to ensure a secure IT connection).
ƒ
The robot vacuum's current software and hardware
versions.
ƒ
Status of any previous restoration of the factory set-
tings.
This initial registration prepares the Home Connect
functions for use and is only required when you want
to use these Home Connect functions for the first time.

Please note that the Home Connect functions can only be
used in conjunction with the Home Connect app. You can
find information about data protection in the Home Con-
nect app.

Declaration of Conformity

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH hereby declares that the appli-
ance with Home Connect functionality meets the basic
requirements and other relevant provisions of the Di-
rective 2014/53/EU.
