Definitions
1. Guide Bar
Supports and guides the saw chain.
2. Oilomatic Saw Chain
A loop consisting of cutters, tie
straps and drive links.
3. Bumper Spike
Toothed stop for holding saw steady
against wood.
4. Front Hand Guard
Provides protection against
projecting branches and helps
prevent left hand from touching the
chain if it slips off the handle bar.
5. Front Handle
Handle bar for the left hand at front
of saw.
6. Oil Filler Cap
For closing the oil tank.
7. Trigger Switch Lockout
Must be depressed before the
trigger switch can be activated.
8. Rear Handle
The support handle for the right
hand, located at or toward the rear
of the saw.
9. Rear Hand Guard
Gives added protection to
operator's right hand.

10. Trigger Switch
Controls the speed of the motor
11. Oil Inspection Window
For visually checking the oil level.
20. Overload Circuit Breaker

LED indicator for overload

Interrupts power supply when
excessive infeed force is used or
when chain becomes pinched in
cut. Motor stops.
MSE 200 C: LED shows "overload".
21. Chain Sprocket
The toothed wheel that drives the
saw chain.
22. Side Chain Tensioner
Permits precise adjustment of chain
tension.
23. Front Chain Tensione
Permits precise adjustment of chain
tension.
24. Chain Sprocket Cover
Covers the clutch and the sprocket.
25. Chain Catcher
Helps to reduce the risk of operator
contact by a chain if it breaks or
comes off the bar.
