possible to load files for individual groups or for all 10 groups. The groups are immediately built up after
loading and are available. In order to be able to load DMX-60 groups as well, it is possible to select as a file
type also 'DMX-60 group file (*.grd)' in the Open File window from Windows. However, the DMX-60 group
files only contain four groups.
2.5.1.4 Default Directory
In many cases the current path for the files to be opened or saved is given by Windows. It is not always
desired to save and load the scene files, sequence files, and group files under "C:\User files". Enter the
desired path of your files under "Default Directory". Then select "Saving Start Settings" for operating the
programme with this directory also in future sessions.
2.5.1.5 Quit Program
The programme is ended by calling this function and all programme windows are closed.
2.5.2 Nation
As a standard, the programme is started in German. If the English, French, or Spanish version is desired, it
can be selected here. All texts are immediately displayed in the desired language. To start the programme the
next time in the new language, the adjustment has to be saved.
2.5.3 Libraries
2.5.3.1 Loaded Libraries
In a new window this menu item informs about libraries already loaded or just created and their functions.
2.5.3.2 Create Library
To save created fader functions for later applications, a library of these functions has to be created. Under the
menu item 'Libraries'-'Create Library' first the channel range for the new library has to be indicated. If e.g.
fader functions have been created for a 9-channel Moving Head with the start address 13, the range 13-21 has
to be stated here. Then all fader functions of these channels and the fader designations are memorized under
the name entered in the next window. The libraries have the file extension ‚bib'. Under the menu item '
Libraries'-‚Load Library' the fader functions are available again.
2.5.3.3 Load Library
Memorized libraries can be loaded under this menu item. Only enter the start address (start channel) for the
library block. The same library can be loaded several times at different start addresses. For loading e.g.
libraries for two Twist-25 units, the first start address can be '1' and the second start address '6'. All fader
functions of this library are now available with the click of the right mouse button on the corresponding
fader.
2.5.3.4 Delete Library from RAM
To delete a library from the RAM, first call the window ‚Loaded Libraries' under the menu item 'Libraries'.
The library to be deleted is marked with the mouse and then the item ‚Delete Library from RAM' under
‚Libraries' is called. If the safety request to delete the library from the RAM is confirmed, it is deleted from
the list and the RAM.
2.5.3.5 Delete all Libraries from RAM
For deleting all libraries from the RAM, choose this menu item. If the safety request to delete the libraries
from the RAM is confirmed, they disappear from the list and the RAM.
CAUTION: All fader designations are deleted as well.
