3 Method of operation and use
When the compressed air connections are
pressurized alternately 8 and 9, a piston on
the linear module type HMPL-... moves back-
wards and forwards. The movement is trans-
ferred to the drive plate 7. The drive plate is
connected to the front plate
two guide rods. The speed is set by means of
exhaust-restricted one-way flow control
valves.
The work load is braked and stopped in the
end position by hydraulic shock absorbers 4.
You can set the end positions by screwing the
stop elements in and out 5. The end posi-
tions can be detected by means of proximity
switches in the grooves
status of the proximity switches can be ob-
served through the viewing window aB when
the housing cover is fitted on.
The HMPL-... linear module is intended for transporting masses.
