Conveyor cart (TS90)

Wire
• Tension the wire so that the conveyor cart moves
easily but without any play by turning the screw
clockwise on the front end.

Remove the conveyor cart (TS90)

• Loosen the wing nut and then the plate under the
coveyor cart holding together the cart and the wire.
• Loosen the wire from the conveyor cart.
• Pull back the conveyor cart and lift it out of the
machine frame.
• Assemble the parts in the reverse order.

The plate holding the wire

To remove the plate or adjust the position of the plate
holding the wire.
• When adjusting the plate move the conveyor cart all
the way back and the support arm all the way to the
front.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
• Remove the plate holding the wire and adjust the
position.
• Reassemble and tighten the plate approximately 1" /
25mm (A) in front of the conveyor cart. Make sure the
wire goes like an S-shape between the screws. Refit
the plate on the conveyor cart with the wing nut.

• Tension the wire so that the conveyor cart moves

Plastic wheels

• Inspect the plastic wheels on the conveyor cart and
change if damaged.
