Before you resume use of the mattress, it should be
serviced according to the following criteria:
General:
• Completeness
• Check main power cable and plug if there are
abrasions or excessive wear.
• Ensure mattress, compressor and air hoses are
connected together correctly.
• Plug in the compressor and check the airflow
from the hose connection port, the airflow should
alternate between ports every cycle time.
• Check the air hoses if there are kinks or breaks,
for replacement, please contact local agents or
dealers.
• Check the compressor and make sure both
power and power indicator is off when the power
switch is turned off.
Low pressure:
• Check
connectors
compressor, if they are disconnected, please
reconnect them.
• Check air hoses. Ensure each single cell is not
broken, Pressure switch is set to firm position,
keep the hoses fully inflated and inspect for air
leakage.
• Exam air leakage from cells. Ensure no leakage
occurs. If any leakage occurs, please use our
repair kits to seal leakage hole.
Every 6 months or for every new user, it should
be serviced according to the following criteria:
• General review
• Cleaning
• Disinfection (for reuse)
Every 2 years:
• Replace the air filter
• Replace the timer motor
• Perform function test/function inspection

17. Shipping and storage

The shipping and storage of the mattress shall be
according following instructions:
• Store in a dry place (between -10°C and
+60°C).
• The relative humidity of the air should be
between 15 - 90% RH.
• Provide sufficient covering or packaging to
protect the mattress.
• The mattress must be stored without being
subjected to strains. (Do not put too heavy
parts on the mattress, not clamping between
something, ...)

18. Warranty

Excerpt from the "General Business Conditions".

5. The terms of the guarantee may differ from
country to country. Consult your specialist dealer for
the guarantee period for warranty claims.
(...)
The warranty excludes damage arising from
structural changes to our products, insufficient
maintenance, defective or improper handling or
storage or the use of non-original parts.
Likewise, the warranty excludes parts or working
parts subject to natural wear and tear.

19. Disposal

When disposing of the mattress, contact your local
disposal centre or return the product to your
specialist dealer who, after submitting it to a
hygienic procedure, will be able to send it back to
the manufacturer who will dispose of and recycle it
correctly, separating it into its component materials.
The manufacturer is responsible for taking back and
recycling the compressor and shall meet the
requirements of European Directive 2002/96/EC on
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
Packaging materials can be taken to disposal or
recycling centers or to your specialist dealer.
