Screw on the lower brace from the bottom side of the grass catcher
Into the openings in the lid, insert the handle and slide washers on to its threaded ends.
Insert the piece assembled in this way through the holes in the top bracket on the frame
and secure the handle using nuts. Do not tighten them yet!
Screws the lid to the frame and tighten the screws.
Insert the dump lever handle into the holes in the bracket inside the grass catcher.
Into the bottom end of the lever insert a bolt inside and push its thread through the hole.
Secure it from above using a nut and tighten.
Firmly tighten the nuts securing the handle and tighten the nuts securing the top bracket
of the frame. This completes the installation of the grass catcher.
ADJUSTMENT AFTER INSTALLATION
Hold the grass catcher and hang it on the hitches on the rear plate of the machine.
Check for the correct alignment of the grass catcher with the mudguard using the arrows
imprinted on the grass catcher lid and the machine cover. Adjust any unevenness by
loosening the bolts on the front tube and/or the bolts on the side struts, then even it out
and retighten the bolts.
On a properly adjusted grass catcher the space between the rear plate of the machine and
the front frame tube (8) ( (
If it is not possible to align using the above described method, perform the adjustment by sliding the
grass catcher hitch on the rear plate or the bolts and brackets on the top side of the hitch.
3.4 CHECKS PRIOR TO STARTING UP
3.4.1 CHECKING THE MOTOR OIL
The tractor must be in a horizontal position before the oil level can be checked. The oil cap is accessible
after tilting open the hood. Screw out the oil dipstick, wipe it dry, reinsert it and screw in. Then again
screw it out and take the oil level reading.
The oil level must be between the two marks on the dipstick. If it is not, fill up with motor oil so that it
reaches the "FULL" mark. The motor oil type is indicated in the user's manual of the engine.
The oil level must be checked before every work session.
3.4.2 CHECKING THE BATTERY
Check the battery charge level according to the user's manual of the battery.
3.4.3 FILLING THE FUEL TANK WITH FUEL
For safety reasons the riding mower is transported without fuel and before the first start up it is necessary
to fill it up. The fuel tank is located under the front hood and has a capacity of 7.5 l of fuel.
