6.2 Equipment overload and reassembly.
In case of overload or short circuit, the protection thermal breaker for overloads
"BREAKER" will go from the "OFF" position (downward lever), disconnecting
voltage output.
In case of overload, first unplug any plugged equipments.
Once the equipments are unplugged, lift the overload protection lever again,
going to the "ON" position to restore the group voltage output.
THERMAL PROTECTOR
If the overload protector trips again after connecting the devices, do not plug the
device. The plugged device may have a problem or exceeds the generator's
power.
NOTE: Once you verify that the generator cannot support or accept the
load, please do not insist. Constant overloads may negatively affect the group.
Remember that many types of equipment need extra consumption for startup.
Equipments that use an engine such as compressors, water pumps, circular
saws or others consume up to 3 times more power for startup. For example, a
1000W water pump will need 3000W to start up, therefore we would need a
generator no less than 3000W.
