HAMMAM/TURKISH BATH TROUBLE-SHOOTING

Please note: error messages for the Hammam/Turkish bath area are signalled on the steam
generator control panel inside the Hammam cubicle.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Any faults are signalled by the simultaneous flashing of the icons
When the system detects a CRITICAL error it is impossible to perform normal operations from the control panel.
The Hammam and colour-therapy sequences cannot be run. Only the White Light will operate, if this is fitted,
unless of course the problem also affects this function. The control panel is only able to operate in "STAND-BY"
and" PANEL ON" modes.
12.1

CRITICAL ERRORS

Critical errors make it impossible to switch on any of the functions.
These are also indicated when the "ERROR/MAINTENANCE" icon comes on.
Example:
Lack of communication with the internal circuit boards or incorrect database, when a circuit board has been
replaced and the start-up sequence has not been run. In this situation repeat the start-up sequence. If the problem
persists, disconnect from the power supply, turn off the water tap upstream of the unit and call your approved
assistance centre or the company direct.
