After broiling, remove tile broiler pan and grid
from the oven. Remov( the grid h-ore the pan.
Carefully pour out the grease fiom the pan into a
proper container. Wash and rinse the broiler pan
and grid ill hot water with a soap-fill(d or plasti(
scouring pad.
If food has burned on, sprinkle the grid wifll
dete_Nent while hot alld cover with wet paper
towels or a dishcloth. Soaking the pan will
relllOxe bllrned-on _}_o(Is.
The broiler l)an and grid may Ix cleaned
with a COllllllercial ()Yell clealleF.
'l'h( broikr pan and grid can also be cleaned
in Ih_ dislmasher.
