3. INSTALLATION

For optimum performance of your phone system:
- Choose a location for your cordless telephone as far away as possible from any other
cordless (wireless) devices such as cordless telephones, wireless routers (for example,
WiFi), microwave ovens, televisions, computers, etc.
- Install your telephone devices away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Avoid excessive moisture, dust or extreme cold.

3.1 Install handset battery

- Use only the provided batteries, or equivalents. To obtain a replacement battery, visit our
website at: www.steren.com
- Place the wireless headset on the base while is not in use in order to get the best
performance.
- If you're planning not to use the phone for a long period of time, remove the batteries to
avoid damage.
1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Place two rechargeable AAA batteries
(included), pay attention to polarity.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.
4. Charge the batteries for 14 hours in the first
use.
