4 Setting into Operation
1) Mount the camera in the desired position.
2) Connect the video output (4) via a 75 Ω coaxial
cable to the video input jack of the monitor or a cam-
era switcher resp. video splitter. Observe the correct
75 Ω termination.
3) Connect the audio output (3) via a cable with phono
connectors to the audio input of the monitor.
4) For the power supply of the camera a regulated 12 V
power supply (e. g. PS-362ST or PS-128A by
MONACOR) is necessary. The current consumption
is approx. 110 mA. For the connection to the low
voltage jack (5) a plug of 5.5/2.1 mm (outside/inside
diameter) is necessary. Connect the positive pole to
the centre pin of the plug.
5) After applying the 12 V supply voltage the camera is
ready for operation. Arrange the camera exactly for
the monitoring range, and adjust a clear picture by
turning the lens (2).
