6.2.1 Automatic starting

The automatic starting function allows the FEC W3 to be automatically switched on when the welding process starts. When
the welding process starts, the FEC W3 receives a signal and automatically starts the extraction process.

1 Route the earth cable (4) in the integrated start and stop system (6).
2 Connect the earth cable (4) from one side to the power source on the other side, e.g. connect it to the welding table.
3 Press the A/Auto button (2) on the control panel (1).

The FEC W3 starts automatically when the welding process is started.
