5.2 WELDING MODE
1.
Before starting welding, connect the gas canister in accordance with the figure above. Then connect the
MIG lead to the socket and the attach ground lead to the workpiece.
2.
Set the main switch to the „ON" position.
3.
Set the required parameters (voltage and welding time).
4.
Start working.
5.
When finished, set adjustment knobs to their minimum positions and switch the machine off by setting
the main switch to the „OFF" position.
WARNING! The machine has overheat protection. If the machine heats up too much during operation,
it may automatically switch off and go into cooling mode. Wait 15 minutes for the machine to cool down,
reduce the welding time / voltage and start working again.

5.3 INSERTING THE WELDING WIRE REEL

To insert a welding wire reel, remove the side cover. Then unscrew the reel stem, insert new reel, reduce
roller pressure, feed wire through the guide onto the feed roller, then hold it in place and tighten the stem of
the reel. Set the required feed roller pressure and feed the wire by pressing the INCHING button.
5.4 REPLACING THE FEED ROLLER

To replace the feed roller, loosen the pressure adjustment knob, move it down, unscrew the feed roller nut
and replace the roller. Then align and tighten the feed roller nut, move the pressure adjustment knob up and
tighten.

Remove collet and adaptor. Press the INCHING
button until the wire appears, then attach the collet
and adaptor. Check the pressure of the feed roller
and tighten the reel. Cut the wire extending from
the MIG torch to the required length.
