The control light indicates the proper
screw fixing res. the state of battery.
Green continuous light:
The screw is properly fixed according to
the set torque.
Red light slowly flashing:
Battery nearly discharged – a max. of
another 30 screws can be fixed now, then
the battery must be recharged.
Red light fast flashing:
Battery discharged – the screwdriver will
not start. The battery must be recharged.
Remove the locking ring with aid of pliers.
Remove the compensating disk and the
front cover.
Set the torque with key SW 19 as shown in
illustration.
Turning clockwise
–> higher torque.
Turning anti–clockwise
–> lower torque.
Check the torque setting or measure the
further torque with a torque wrench.
Four lock–in positions can be felt per turn.
When the required torque has been
reached, turn forward or backward to the
next position.
The machine comes with a colour–ribbon.
With this, an individual marking of the set
torque on the front cover is possible.
Temperatures in excess of 50
Avoid extended exposure to heat or sunshine (risk of overheating).
The contacts of chargers and battery packs must be kept clean.
If servicing is required, the tool must be returned to a CP authorised service agent.
