10. Pull Up on Crotch Strap to Make
Sure it is Secured
11. Buckle the Chest Clip
You will hear a "click" when the chest
clip is securely buckled.
12. Pull All the Slack Out From
Around the Waist
Pull up on the harness strap while
pushing the chest clip down. Do this to
both sides.
