alternately
After reaching the gas concentration prior to calibration (accuracy: ±5 %), the gas transmitter
automatically terminates the calibration and switches back to normal operation (green signal
light on).
After finishing the calibration process or after exceeding the timeout value, shut down calibration
gas supply and remove the gas supply accessories used in the calibration process, if necessary.
The factory default calibration gas and concentration thereof are specified on the
configuration label.
If there is deviation from these settings, the modified parameters should be transferred using
the Remote Access Box Dräger RAB 7000 or using a computer with Dräger PolySoft
software or using a manual control unit made by HART
sure to put the modified parameters on the configuration label. The recommended calibration
gas concentration is between 40 % and 60 % of the full-scale deflection.
After changing the calibration gas or calibration gas concentration, the output value must be
checked after the initial application of the calibration gas (e.g. on the connected central device or
in the calibration screen when calibrating using a computer and the Dräger PolySoft software).

Configuration of the gas transmitter
To customise the configuration on a device with standard configuration, use a computer and
the Dräger PolySoft software (see Instructions for Use for the PC software). After making the
changes to the configuration, reread the configuration and check it.
In delivery state, the following configuration is set (provided that this is not a built-to-order unit):
