11. Unplug the plug from the tail light (E3) and connect it to the intermediate connector assembly
(X57/1).
12. Connect the two brown ground cables to the vehicle's ground (W6).

13. Unplug the plug from the tail light (E4) and connect it to the intermediate connector assembly
(X57/2).
14. Plug the 2-pin socket housing into the connector assembly (X58/4) (please refer to MB
Service Information!).
