Notes
•
A cluster, once activated, is associated to the UHF input you are programming. To change the default
confi guration, select INPUT in the menu INPUT UHFx- CELLy.
•
All clusters are off by default. To enable the cluster, set the channel type (analogue or digital) from the
"INPUT UHFx – CELLy – CHANNEL TYPE" menu.
Follow the instructions above to program all clusters.
Clusters associated to other inputs
The clusters can be associated to three inputs UHF1, UHF2 or UHF3 by means of a fl exible matrix (see fi g.
2.1 and fi g. 2.2). It is possible to see the settings of the cells associated to other inputs by entering the menu
of an UHF input.

By selecting the cluster shown in the previous fi gure, you can enter the settings of the cell. The settings are
displayed as shown in the following menu:

5.3.2 PROGRAMMING THE B.III+DAB INPUT
For the B.III+DAB input it is possible to regulate the gain from 0 to 20dB by entering the INPUT SETTINGS
For the B.III+DAB input it is possible to regulate the gain from 0 to 20dB by entering the INPUT SETTINGS
For the B.III+DAB input it is possible to regulate the gain from 0 to 20dB by entering the INPUT SETTINGS
For the B.III+DAB input it is possible to regulate the gain from 0 to 20dB by entering the INPUT SETTINGS
menu and selecting B.III. Use arrows
The "SELF-ALIGNMENT" menu can be used after programming all the clusters. The headend unit will auto-
matically calculate the powers of each input channel and set the values of all gains, such as the input dynam-
ics, the cluster gain. Therefore, the noise fi gure of each cluster will be optimized and the clusters' output level
will be equalized automatically.
After performing the self-alignment, it is possible to modify, by means of the "INPUT" menu, the single gain
values of the UHF inputs (dynamics and gain of each cluster) and of the B.III input as it is described within
paragraph 5.3.2.
