The START electronic control unit can be used to control 1 single-phase, 230Vac motor, or a three-phase 400Vac motor with power
not exceeding 750W for the single-phase motor and 2200W for the three-phse motor.
This control unit operates with "Hold-to-run" mode.
The OPEN - CLOSED push-buttons must be kept pressed for the entire operation time.
Do not use controls with self-hold contact.
The control devices should be placed near the opening.
The operator who controls the gate/door must have full sight of the door or gate and must not stand in a dangerous area.
a) The wire connections and the operating logic should be in compliance with regulations in force.
b) The cables featuring different voltage should be physically separated, or adequately insulated by an additional insulation of at
least 1 mm.
c) The cables should be further fastened in proximity to the terminals.
d) Check all connections before powering the unit.
e) Normally Closed (N.C.) inputs which are not in use should be short-circuited
f) On the power supply mains a omnipolar switch must be provided for, with an opening distance of the contact equal or higher
than 3 mm. Check that an adequate differential switch and an adequate over-current protection are provided at the beginning of
the wire system.

Input, three-phase, mains power supply, 400Vac/50Hz (1-R / 2-S / 3-T).
230Vac motor connection - single-phase:
4-Phase+capacitor / 5-Common / 6-Phase+capacitor
400Vac - three-phase motor connection:
4-U / 5-V / 6-W
Check the correct position of the jumper to select voltage to terminals 24-25-26
Connection of blinker, 230Vac/40W max.
WARNING: Output, 230Vac 0,2 A max.
N.O. free contact (10A max) for pickup, auxiliary capacitor.
See wire diagram. At every start, the contact closes for 1.5s.
