IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

1. Please read these instructions carefully
before using the appliance.
2. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or a lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
3. Children must not play with the
appliance.
4. Cleaning and user maintenance must not
be performed by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised.
5. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children less than 8 years.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly quali� ed
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Only use the appliance as described in
this manual.
8. Before use, check that the mains power
supply voltage is the same as the voltage
indicated on the appliance.
9. Always plug the appliance into an
earthed plug socket.
10. Never leave the appliance unattended
during use.
11. This appliance is intended for household
use only.
12. Never immerse the appliance in water or
any other liquid for any reason
whatsoever. Do not use the appliance as
a plunger. Never put it in the
dishwasher.

13. Do not use the appliance when it is
raining or when it is wet.
14. Never move the appliance by pulling
the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get
caught in any way. Do not wind the cord
around the appliance and do not bend it.
15. Make sure the cord never comes into
contact with the hot parts of the
appliance. Make sure the appliance never
comes into contact with in� ammable
materials, such as curtains, cloth, etc.

surfaces may be very high when the
appliance is in use or before it has cooled
down. Do not touch these surfaces but
use the handle.
17. Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

down before cleaning and storing it.

means of a separate system with remote
control.
20. Only use charcoal or charcoal briquettes
as fuel!

while in use. The accessible surface may
