USE
1. Fill about half of the grill tray with the
necessary charcoal.
2. Position the heating element on the
charcoal in such a way that the handle of
the � relighter remains outside the grill
tray.
3. Now � ll the grill tray with the remaining
charcoal. The handle and cord must not
come into contact with the charcoal.
4. Check again if the appliance and cord are
in the right position.
5. Put the plug in an earthed power outlet.
6. Depending on the quantity and quality of
the charcoal, it will start glowing within
10 to 15 minutes.

7. Unplug the appliance, then lift it carefully
out of the grill tray. Grab the handle with
one hand only and let the appliance cool
down on its support, which should stand
on a suffi ciently large and heat-resistant
surface.
SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS
1. A short power supply cord is provided to
reduce the risk resulting from becoming
entangled in. or tripping over a longer
cord. Extension cords may be used if care
is exercised in their use.
2. The electrical rating of the extension cord
should be at least that of the
appliance.
3. The longer cord should be arranged so
that it will not drape over the counter top
or table top, where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over.
