Troubleshooting

The following table is intended to help you identify the causes for malfunctions and
possibly eliminate them.
If you cannot fix a malfunction, please contact your local specialized dealer or our

Problem
The system cannot be
switched on.
The system does not react
to remote control.
No playback.
Interruptions during
playback.
Sound comes only from
one side.
Playback volume too low or
overmodulated (distortion).
User Manual
Possible reason
Mains cable is not
connected.
Battery is low or empty.
Obstacle between remote
control and system.
Volume is set too low.
Playback device or smart
phone is switched off.
Pause is selected.
Distance between system
and playback device is too
great.
Source of interference
in the surrounding
environment.
When using audio cables:
loose connections.
When using an audio
cable: Input sensitivity
not optimal.
Recommended solution
Check if both ends of the
mains cable are connected
properly.
Change battery
(see page 49).
Change position.
Turn up volume.
Switch on device.
Start playback.
Reduce distance.
Change location of
playback device.
Check audio cable and
firmly connect plug.
Adjust input sensitivity
(see page 46).
