Operation
● Using the valve handle, unscrew the valve
by turning counter-clockwise.
● Fill with a maximum of 1.25 litre of liquid,
taking into account the safety instructions.
● Insert valve and screw tight.
● Operate pump until a working pressure of
3 bars is reached.
● The spraying process is started by the
valve lever on the valve body being de-
pressed. Immediate interruption is
achieved by letting the lever go of.
Emptying and Service
● Operate the pressure relief valve until
the unit is no longer under pressure.
● The valve handle will be carefully, at first
only a few turns by lefthand rotation
screwed off, so that the compressed air
being still in the tank can deflate. Only
then unscrew the valve handle com-
pletely.
● After use clear the sprayer carefully and
dry it in open state.
● The working life will be extended when
greasing the washers and collars some-
times. Only use resin- and acid-free
grease.
● For easy cleaning and safe neutral-
ization of remaining liquid is recom-
mended to use Brill GLORIA special
powder, art.-no. 263.0000.
