display shows the remaining time.

AFTER-COOLING FUNCTION

ICE CREAM
As soon as the ice cream programme is finished the display will show „00:00". In
case the ice cream is not removed, the device will start the after-cooling function
automatically after 10 minutes. The display will show "COOL" and the ice cream
will be cooled for another 10 minutes by the ventilator and the compressor. After
10 minutes, an acoustic signal will sound and the device switches to standby mode.
YOGURT
As soon as the yogurt programme is finished the display will show „00:00". The
device will start the after-cooling function and the display will show "COOL". The
yogurt will be cooled for 15 minutes. Afterwards, the ventilator and compressor will
switch off automatically. A sensor will monitor the temperature of the yogurt. If the
temperature exceeds 9 °C, the ventilator and compressor switch on for 4 minutes
to cool the yogurt down below 9 °C. If you do not switch off the device, the cooling
programme stays activated.
Note: the yogurt is ready to be consumed immediately after the programme is
finished. However, fruit juice, sugar, honey and other ingredients can be added.
