7.5 Connecting oil bottles and UV dye
bottles
7.5.1 Define the configuration
!
Before you fix the bottles you have to select your
configuration. If you have set this configuration once,
you can't change this configuration any more!
You have 2 possibilities for your configuration:
Configuration 1:
Use bottles PAG oil and UV dye (Standard)
Bottle Content
Upper PAG oil
Middle UV dye
In this case you have to disable parameter PAG POE
Configuration 2:
Use bottles PAG oil and POE oil ("Hybrid setting")
Bottle Content
Upper PAG oil (+ UV dye)
Middle POE oil (+ UV dye)
In this case you have to enable parameter PAG POE

During the filling process you have to replace the oil
bottle (PAG or POE) with the UV dye bottle.
If you want to use the second bottle for POE oil you
have to activate the parameter "PAG POE"
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <Menu>.
3. Press <1>for "Set up".
4. Press <6> for "Activations".
5. Select parameter "PAG POE".
6. Enable/Disable with <OK>.

7. Confirm with <ESC>.

7.5.2 Fix the bottles

Do not exert excessive force when removing or in-
serting the UV dye, fresh oil and used oil bottles, as
this could damage the scales.
!
Pay attention to the symbols on the oil and UV dye
bottle showing the type of oil and dye.
1. Remove the cover (Fig. 1, Pos. 9) from ACS 752.
2. Fill the bottle "PAG oil" with PAG compressor oil.
3. Connect the PAG fresh oil bottle to the top quick
release coupling.
4. Fill the bottle "UV dye" with UV dye or
fill the bottle "POE oil" with POE oil.
5. Depending on your configuration (see chapter 7.5.1)
connect the bottle UV dye or POE to the middle
quick release coupling.
6. Connect the used oil bottle to the bottom quick
release coupling.
