too tight to avoid damaging the thread.

Installing / replacing accessories (see Fig. 1)
After prolonged operation, the router
bit can become very hot, remove it using
gloves. This will also reduce the risk of
injury by the cutting edge.
6.1 MOUNTING OR CHANGING THE MILLING BIT
• Turn the power tool upside down.
• Press the spindle lock 9 and after making sure that
spindle 20 is locked, keep spindle lock 9 in a pressed
position (see Fig. 1.1).
• Release nut 10 using the wrench 13 (see Fig. 1.2).
• Install / replace the router bit, noting that the router
bit shank must be inserted into the collet 19 at least 20
mm deep (see Fig. 1.3).
• Tighten nut 10 using the open end wrench 13
Never tighten nut 10 without the router
bit - this can damage collet 19
• After all the operations have been completed, release
spindle lock 9
6.2 MOUNTING AND DISASSEMBLY OF THE
ASPIRATION NOZZLE (See Fig. 2)
• Install adaptor 15 as shown in (see Fig. 2).
• Connect the external dust extracting device to
adaptor 15 (use a suitable adaptor if necessary) (See
8. Dust collection).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence.
7. STARTING UP THE MACHINE
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate
Switching the power tool on / off
Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 7, to switch
off - release it.
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:
Push on / off switch 7 and lock it in the position with
locking button for on / off switch 6.
Switching off:
Push and release on / off switch 7.
