Intended purpose
medi Posture plus pants are pants that
correct the position of the pelvis and
lumbar spine region. This product is to
be used exclusively for treatment of
the pelvis and lower spine and is only
intended for use on unbroken skin.
Indications
• Pelvic anteversion (pelvic tilting)
• Hyperlordosis that is due to poor
posture
• Lumbar spinal stenosis
• Conditions involving the sacroiliac joint
Contraindications
None known at present.
If applied correctly, there are no
contraindications.
You should consult the doctor treating
you before you use it if the following
circumstances apply to you: Disease or
injury to the skin in the area that the
brace is used on, particularly when signs
of infection (excessive heat, swelling or
redness) are apparent.
Mode of action / How to wear the
pants
The brace ensures that the lower back
and pelvic area are held upright and thus
corrects posture. The trunk and pelvic
muscles are activated and this works
against deviations, muscle weakness
and/or imbalances. This strengthening
of the muscles is not noticeable but it
improves mobility and reduces pain.
If you experience excessive pain or your
condition worsens whilst wearing the
pants, stop wearing the product imme-
diately and contact your doctor or the
specialist supply store.
Putting on the pants
Open both of the velcro fastenings on the
front before putting this item on. Then
pull them on, like you would pants, and
fasten both velcro fastenings on both
sides so that your posture is corrected.
Care instructions
• Wash the product by hand, preferably
using medi clean washing agent.
• Do not bleach.
• Leave to dry naturally.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
    

Storage instructions

Keep the product in a cool, dry place and
do not expose to direct sunlight.

The product can be disposed of in the
