Press the release button of the charging
connector to unplug it.

Put on the protective cap attached at the factory after use.
Wind up the charging cable without kinks and store it prop-
erly in your vehicle. Also observe your electric vehicle docu-
mentation.
Cleaning
Only clean the charging cable when it is
unplugged!
Cleaning with a dry cloth
Use a dry cloth for cleaning and wipe the charging cable
with it.
Cleaning with a damp cloth
For cleaning, only use water without adding cleaning
agents.

Touching live components can lead to death or serious
injuries.

f Ensure that no water can reach the contact parts.

f Wipe the charging cable with a damp cloth.
Storage
Generally take the charging cable with you in your car dur-
ing normal use. Put on the protective cap attached at the
factory after use and wind up the charging cable without
kinks. Store the charging cable properly in your vehicle.
If the charging cable is stored for a long period, clean
it before use if it is dirty. Pack the charging cable in the
original packaging or keep it at a clean, dry location. Also
observe the specifications under "Technical data".
Disposal
The charging cable must not be disposed of with normal
household waste. Use a collection point for recycling electri-
cal and electronic appliances. For this purpose, contact your
dealer or responsible disposal company.
