Setting the time of the watch
Pull the crown I out to position 2.
Turn the crown forwards ( ) to
advance the hands and set the watch
at the right time. To set the time pre-
cisely, always turn the hands clock-
wise. Then push the crown back to
position 1 and give it a turn back-
wards ( ) to ensure that it turns
freely.
Please note
It is not recommended to set the time
by turning the hands anticlockwise:
when the hour hand passes over the
alarm hand HR it may move it and
alter the alarm setting. For this rea-
son, only set the time of the watch by
advancing the hands clockwise.
Setting the alarm time
Pull the crown II out to position 4.
Turn it backwards ( ) to move the
alarm hand HR back to the time you
want the alarm to sound. Then push
the crown back to position 3 and give
it a turn backwards ( ) to ensure
that it turns freely.
Alarm function
When the alarm is activated (see note
in the window SR) and rewound (see
power reserve indicator RR) the
music starts at the desired time indi-
cated by the alarm hand HR. The
watch will play the music up to 4 times
(or less, depending on the power
reserve) and will always stop at the
end of the tune.
To stop the music while it is playing,
press push-piece III (on/off alarm).
The note displayed in the window SR
will disappear and the music will stop
at the end of the tune.
