ORDINARY MAINTENANCE AND DIRECTIVES
- Every time the liquids are changed, they must be DEGASSED. Otherwise, the cleaning effect
of the ultrasound basin will be reduced, at least for the first wash.
- Change the cleaning solutions periodically. Drain the basin and clean the bottom using a
cloth.
- Make sure that the dirt removed from the washed instruments does not remain in substantial
amounts at the bottom of the basin and stay there for a long time. This is because the dirt
deposited at the bottom of the basin decreases the ultrasound cleaning effect.
- After a certain period of time, the liquids become exhausted and therefore no longer have
a cleaning effect. The life of the liquids cannot possibly be established beforehand, as it
depends on the number of washes carried out and the time they last.
- If the contaminated liquid is assimilable to special waste, one must dispose of it according
to the laws in force.
- We advise you to use the EURONDACLEAN
however, should you deem it appropriate, you can use any liquids on the market as long as
you respect the times and concentration described on the product label.
NOTE: we advise you against using liquids having high acid concentration and tempera-
ture above 70°C. As a matter of fact, as the temperature comes closer to the boiling point,
the ultrasound cleaning becomes less efficient (the water motion caused by boiling means
that air is incorporated, and this phenomenon has the effect of inhibiting the ultrasonic wave
cleaning action).
- During the working phase, you are advised to keep the lid on the basin, in order to hold the
produced vapours inside.
- Wash the outside of the machine with a slightly damp cloth. Before carrying out this opera-
tion, make sure that the basin electrical connection is deactivated.
All maintenance operations, including power supply cable replacement, must
be carried out by competent personnel.
