CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, STORAGE
• Do not dry clean or use chemical solvents, as these products may damage the electric blanket and
compromise the safety of the appliance.
• Never immerse the control unit or power cable in water.
• Before washing or cleaning the appliance, unplug the control unit from the electric blanket.
• Wash the electric blanket by hand or in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40°C
with low mechanical action and spin.
• Never dry in a tumble dryer.
• Do not crease, wring or twist. Drip dry and hang up without folding, do not iron, do not use or
put away if damp.
• Do not use if the electric blanket or its components are damp or wet.
• When the electric blanket is not being used, allow to cool down, fold delicately and place in the
bag provided without pressing down excessively. Do not rest heavy objects on top of the blanket
as it could be crushed and damaged.

Important information for correct disposal of the product in accordance with EC Directive
2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken
to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this ser-
vice. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences
for the environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the consti-
tuent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources.As a
reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances separately, the product is marked
with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
