Intended use
The calf- and amputee leg rests are intended solely for use in
conjunction with the Aquatec® Ocean range to ensure secure leg
positioning. Any other use is prohibited.
Warranty / Service Life
See the user manual for the Ocean shower chair.
Scope of delivery (Fig. 1)
The following items are included in the scope of delivery:
1. Calf- and amputee leg rest with A and B.
2. Calf rest and footrest with A, B and C.

C Footrest with heel strap

▸ Do not use if defective.

▸ Check product regularly for damage and to ensure that it
is securely assembled.
▸ Tighten screws and regularlycheck that they are secure.
▸ Be careful during assembly.
▸ Before use, adjust the calf- and amputee leg rest to suit
the user.

▸ Do not lift the product by the calf- and amputee leg rests.
Fitting the calf- and amputee leg rest

1. Push the support pad B onto the adjusting rail A and fix using the
plastic lever.
2. Remove the clip C and remove the footrest from the shower
chair.
3. Insert the removable axle E of the completely assembled calf- and
amputee leg rest, into the footrest tube D of the shower chair,
with the bend towards the inside, and set to the desired height
using the previously removed clip C.

IMPORTANT
▸ Ensure that the clip is seated properly in the borehole of
the removable axle.
Assembling the footrest

1. Push the footrest with guide A onto the adjusting rail B and tigh-
ten the plastic lever C to the desired position.
The footrest can be mounted in front of or behind the sup-

port pad, depending on the required setting, in order to
adjust the distance to the seat plate.
Adjusting the support pad
▸ Fig. 4
1. Release the plastic lever H of the support pad B.
2. Move the support pad on the adjusting rail C into the desired
position.
3. Retighten the plastic lever of the support pad.
The support pad can be turned through 180° when pushed

onto the adjusting rail, depending on the required setting, in
order to adjust the distance to the seat plate.
Adjusting the length of the footrest

1. Release the plastic lever I of the footrest.
2. Move the support pad with guide D on the adjusting rail C into
the desired position.
3. Retighten the plastic lever I.
Setting the angle of the calf- and amputee leg rest
▸ Fig. 4
1. Release the clamping lever G of the removable axle so that the
embossed disks no longer interlock.
2. Swivel the complete calf- and amputee leg rest to the desired
angle.
3. Re-tighten the clamping lever.

▸ When tightening the clamping lever, ensure that the em-
bossed disks are properly interlocked.
Cleaning
Please note the cleaning instructions in the user manual for the
Ocean shower chair.

anheben.
Waden- und Amputationsstütze montieren
▸ Fig. 2
1. Auflagepad B auf die Verstellschiene A schieben und mit Kunst-
stoffhebel fixieren.
2. Clip C entfernen und Fußstütze des Duschstuhls abnehmen.
3. Steckachse E der komplett montierten Waden- und Amputa-
tions- stütze mit der Biegung nach innen in das Fußstützenrohr D
am Duschstuhl einstecken und mit dem entnommenen Clip C auf
gewünschter Höhe abstecken.

WICHTIG
▸ Sicherstellen dass der Clip in der Bohrung der Steckachse
sitzt.
Fußauflage montieren
▸ Fig. 3
1. Fußauflage mit Führung A auf die Verstellschiene B schieben und
in der gewünschen Position den Kunststoffhebel C festziehen.
Die Fußauflage kann je nach erforderlicher Einstellung vor

oder hinter dem Auflagepad angebracht werden um die
Distanz zur Sitzplatte anzupassen.
Auflagepad einstellen
▸ Fig. 4
1. Kunstoffhebel H des Auflagepads B lösen.
2. Auflagepad auf der Verstellschiene C in die gewünschte Position
verschieben.
3. Kunstoffhebel des Auflagepads wieder festziehen.
Das Auflagepad kann je nach erforderlicher Einstellung um

180° gedreht auf die Verstellschiene aufgeschoben werden,
um die Distanz zur Sitzplatte anzupassen.
Länge der Fußauflage einstellen

1. Kunstoffhebel I der Fußauflage lösen.
2. Fußauflage mit Führung D auf der Verstellschiene C in die ge-
wünschte Position verschieben.
