(GB) 036-311 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Lower the spare wheel.
3.
Loosely fix the accessory plates (6,7) to the bottom of the frame member in the right and left
sides with the attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
4.
Loosely fix the accessory plates (4,5) to the frame member at points „b", as well as to the
accessory plates (6,7) at points „c" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the
drawing.
5.
Cut out the central supporting lug of the bumper and the metal bracket supporting it 5 mm below
the bottom of the inside bumper in accordance with the enclosed Figure 1.
6.
Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „d" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the
drawing.
7.
Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar.
9.
Remount all the removed parts onto the car (except for the inside bumper).
10. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
11. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by any

12. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítı pontok területén a védıragasztót távolítsa el.
Engedje le a pótkereket.
Lazán rögzítse az alvázgerenda jobb és bal aljára a (6,7) tartozéklemezt az „a" pontokon a
mellékelt kötıelemekkel a rajz alapján.
Lazán rögzítse a (4,5) tartozéklemezt az alvázgerendához a „b" pontokon, valamint a (6,7)
tartozéklemezhez a „c" pontokon a mellékelt kötıelemekkel a rajz alapján.
Vágja le a lökhárító középsı tartó fülét, és az ezt tartó fém konzolt a lökhárító betét alja alatt
5mm-el, a mellékelt 1. ábra alapján.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) a „d" pontokon a mellékelt kötıelemekkel a rajz alapján.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3) a vonóhorogtestre.
Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra (kivéve a lökhárítóbetétet).
ellenırizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelı nyomatékkal.
