FAILURE
The control set does not work
and the power supply LED
does not switch on.
The control set does not work
and the Key LED switches on.
The Key LED switches on and
the relays do not activate.
The Key LED switches on, the
relays are activated and the
actuator does not work.
The door opens but it does not
close.
The doors opens but they do
not close completely.
The electro-closure does not
release (Model EP1-009)
If the failure persists after having realised all the actions, please contact the
nearest authorised technical service.

FAILURE DIAGNOSIS

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The control set has not been
connected correctly to the electrical
grid.
A fuse has burnt.
The connection of the key
circuit has not been carried
out correctly.
The limit switches are bad
connected.
The opening and closing times
are put on minimum.
Some security element
activated (in closure).
The actuator has not been con-
nected correctly to the control set.
The actuator has been damaged.
The thermal protection of the
actuator has been activated.
The control set has been progra-
mmed in semi-automatic mode.
The closing FC has been activated.
Some security element is
activated.
The thermal protection of the
actuator has been activated.
The security element has a NA
contact.
The motor common has not
been connected correctly.
The programmed times for
opening and closure are too
short.
The limit switches are placed
wrong.
The DIP2 is put OFF.
The electro-closure has not
been connected correctly.
The electro-closure has been
damaged.

ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
Connect the control set correctly.
Change the fuse.
Connect the circuit correctly.
Check the connection.
Regulate the times correctly.

Eliminate the possible obstacles.
Connect the actuator correctly.
Repair the actuator.
Let the actuator cool down.
Put the control set, if possible,
in automatic mode.
Deactivate it.
Eliminate the possible obstacles.
Let the actuator cool down.
It has to be NC.
Connect it correctly.
Increase the time.
Good positioning of the limit
switches is needed.
Put DIP2 in the ON position.
Connect the electro-closure
correctly.
Repair the electro-closure or
substitute it.
