1.- Period of warranty
Erreka automation guarantees the equipment, as well as the supplied additional
elements, during a period of 2 years starting from the supply date.
2.- Field of application
The warranty will be applicable to all manufacturing failures and includes transport
costs and any other certified technical service.
It is the responsibility of the installer to transport the equipment to the technical
services.
3.- Exceptions
This warranty does not include:
.- Damages caused by the incorrect installation or manipulation of the equipment.
.- The equipment that has been manipulated by not authorised personnel
.- Damages caused by external or atmospheric agents (thunderbolts, floods, surges, etc.)
.- The substitution of the equipment by another of similar characteristics.
