ANPASSUNG DER GELENKWELLE

Die Länge der
verschiedenen
angepasst werden.
Die genaue Länge wird wie folgt festgestellt:
- die Maschine an den Schlepper anbauen;
- die Gelenkwelle auseinanderziehen und
beide Wellenhälften am Schlepper und an
der Maschine ankoppeln;
kreuzweise ein Vergleich
(Bild 6);
- überprüfen Sie,

Schiebe- und Stützrohre um gleiches Mass
abgesägt werden;
- Sie müssen dann die Rohrenden entgraten,
die Späne entfernen und die Gleitstellen gut
einfetten.

VORBEREITUNG
LADEWAGENS
TRANSPORT
Sobald der Ladewagen an den Schlepper
angebaut ist, heben Sie das Stützrad an, das
nur als Stütze
Ladewagens vorgesehen ist, und bringen Sie
es so an, dass es beim Transport und
während des Betriebes nicht die Pick-up-
Vorrichtung und die Gelenkwelle behindert
(Bild 7). Die Transportgeschwindigkeit soll
den Fahrbedingungen
angepasst werden und darf nicht grösser als
25 km/h sein.

The adjustment of the P.T.O. Shaft is
necessary for different tractors. To find out
the right length:
- connect the machine to the tractor;
- pull out the P.T.O. Shaft entirely and
connect each separate half of the shaft to
the tractor and than compare them which
each other (fig. 6).
- Test if the covering of the P.T.O. Shaft
tubes is minimal 200 mm (b) in the curve,
and if the P.T.O. Shaft does not run into the
block at straight position of the wagon with
the tractor (the distance should be at least
50 mm);
- in case you need to shorten the P.T.O.
Shaft, make sure you shorten both shafts
and protection tubes for exactly the same
length;
- file the end of the tube, remove the
remaining of filing and lubricate gliding
spots well.
PREPARATION OF THE WAGON
FOR TRANSPORT
Once the wagon is attached to the tractor, lift
the support wheel, which serves only as a
support for the unattached wagon, and place
it so that it will not be an obstacle to the pick-
up device and the P.T.O. Shaft during driving
and working (fig.7). Adjust the transport
speed to the road conditions, bearing in mind
that the speed limit is 25 km/h.
