combustion engine equipping the machine.
• All maintenance jobs must only be performed after carrying out the operations described in the
paragraph, meaning without any moving parts, no pipe full of liquid under pressure and only after
complete cooling.
In particular, always remember to disconnect the power supply or disconnect the spark plug contact.
• Any maintenance jobs must be performed in conditions of total stability, with the machine on a flat surface.

To ensure the safety of the machine, only use original spare parts supplied by the Manufacturer

• The high-pressure pipes, fittings and spray lances are important for safety: only use those recommended
by the Manufacturer.
• The nozzles, fill-up filters and suction filters are important for safeguarding the environment: only use
those recommended by the Manufacturer.
• Also observe any laws enforced by local and/or national authorities of the country where the machine is
used that include scheduled periodical inspections.
Follow the indications given in the following table for routine maintenance work.
In the case of machines fitted with combustion engines, also remember to carry out the routine maintenance
jobs described in the engine manual, especially as regards to checking engine oil, the air filter and the spark
plug.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

• The liquids from emptying and rinsing the filters must be collected in proper containers and reutilised
for the next treatments or appropriately disposed of by separate waste collection centres and, however,

• Check pump oil according to instructions in
paragraph.
• Check and, if necessary, clean the suction filter, fill-up filter and nozzle. Do not
clean the nozzle with hard, pointed tools.
• Check any power lead, high-pressure pipes, lance, clamp and fitting tightness,
correct fitting of hooks (34).
In the event of one or more parts being damaged, do not use the machine
and contact a

• Oil and grease the rotating or sliding parts accessible to the operator.
• Check the inflation pressure of the accumulator (41) (if any) and tyres: do not
exceed the maximum pressure given on the tyre itself.
• Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
• Check the fastening of the motor pump to the structure of the machine.
In the event of such fastening being precarious, do not use the machine and
