3. Measure ingredients according to the recipe, and evenly distribute
them inside the tray. Position the bowl inside the appliance. The bowl
must make full contact with the heating element.

SAUTE Program
The program is recommended for sauteing meat, poultry, vegetables, fish,
and seafood. Default time depends on the type of product selected:
VEGETABLES, FISH, MEAT. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 1 hour in
1 minute intervals. Saute with an open lid unless otherwise stated in the
recipe.
STEW/CHILI Program
The program is recommended for stewing vegetables, meat, poultry, and
seafood. Make meat, vegetarian, poultry chili. Default time is 1 hour. It can
be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours in 5 minute intervals.
COOK Program
You can choose three different subprograms: VACUUM, SLOW COOK,
OATMEAL/GRAINS.
VACUUM is recommended for cooking vacuum sealed products. Default
time is 2 hours 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12
hours in 5 minute intervals.
SLOW COOK is recommended for making slow cooked dishes. Default time
is 3 hours. It can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 12 hours in 10 minute
intervals.
OATMEAL/GRAINS is recommended for cooking oatmeal, different types
of grain, porridge with milk. Default time is 10 minutes. It can be ad-
justed from 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes in 1 minute intervals. Use
pasteurized low-fat milk to cook oatmeal and porridge with milk. For best
results, and in order to prevent milk from boiling away, we recommend you
to do the following:
•
rinse grain thoroughly before cooking;
•
grease the sides of the bowl with butter;
•
follow the proportions suggested in the recipe book. Increase or
reduce amount of ingredients proportionately;
•
using whole milk dilute it by half with water;
PASTA Program
The program is recommended for cooking pasta, sausages, eggs, etc.
Default time is 8 minutes. It can be adjusted from 2 to 20 minutes in 1
minute intervals. After water comes to a full boil the device produces an
audible signal upon boiling alarming you to put ingredients inside the bowl.
Add the ingredients, close the lid, and press the START button. The count-
down starts.
Note! When cooking the foods that can foam or expand in size leave the
lid open after you add ingredients into water in order to prevent boiling
over.
SOUP Program
The program is recommended for cooking different types of soup, broth,
and making fruit and berry drinks. Default time is 1 hour. It can be ad-
justed from 10 minutes to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals.
BAKE
The program is recommended for baking cakes, puddings, pies. Default time
is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 4 hours in 5 minute intervals.
