Place the PTFE sealing ring on the bottle thread or the
screwed-on adapter and screw the instrument onto the
bottle.

Unscrew the air vent cap (see 'Assembly Drying tube', Fig.
a.).

Screw in the air vent cap with a Luer cone.

Place the PTFE sealing ring on the bottle thread or the
screwed-on adapter and screw the instrument onto the
bottle.
d.
Insert a commercially available sterile filter into the Luer
cone.
Error limits related to the nominal capacity (= maximum vol-
ume) indicated on the instrument, obtained when instru-
ment and distilled water are equilibrated at ambient temper-
ature (20 °C/68 °F). Testing takes place according DIN EN ISO
8655-6 with a completely filled instrument and with uniform
and smooth dispensing.
